Our service department is managed by our experienced, customer service personnel who use the latest IT systems to ensure fast and prompt service. We log all our service calls in our internal database so our customers can, upon request, review the service history of the equipment. 

Equipments Division

Our extended service network looks out for our customers in the entire region where we are present. Our team is carefully selected and trained by the manufacturers to uphold a professional and experienced service team. We carry out service and repairs either on-site or in our workshop premises, depending on the job at hand. Our mobile service stations are able to reach any locations within a short period from receiving the notification.

We offer service contracts to all our customers to ensure that the equipments are looked after by experts. A service contract easily repays itself based on the extended lifetime of a well maintained equipment.

Chemical Division

Our chemical service team performs complete chemical dosing systems installations ranging from complicated laundry installations and tunnel dishwashers to smaller single product blending systems. Our team is always available to attend a scheduled maintenance service call or, on short notice, attend any emergency which might arise.

Viking Hygiene

Our Viking Hygiene service team is responsible for the installation and maintenance of all our hygiene systems ranging from air fresheners and chemical dosing units to feminine hygiene bins and paper towel dispensers. They have an expert knowledge in placing the dispensers in the right place to ensure that our customers gets the most benefits from them.

Lean back and relax....Once a service contract is in place we will make sure that your dispensers are refilled every month according to the contract terms. We will service your Airfresheners, Chemical Dosing Units or dispose and refill the liners of the feminine hygiene bins so that you do not need to worry when they are due for refilling.
